Item Description
Gather your friends and and be treated to a traditional Malaysian feast in the Bonny Doon home of Edlina and Orion Melehan.
Edlina's mother Arfah Adlan was born in Malaysia and moved to California with her family in 1984. She's been cooking with her mom since she was a young girl in Southern Malaysia, helping to raise a family with her 8 other siblings. Once Arfah met her husband, a Northerner, she then learned the ways of his mother's cooking.
A beautiful culmination of Southern and Northern styles, you're sure to enjoy the delicious flavors of Malaysia. When asked what Malaysian food tastes like, we like to explain it this way: it's the very tip of Southeast Asia, so you get the the drippings of what Thailand, China, India and other SE Asian countries have to offer. The best of the best!
