This item is being auctioned twice!
The two highest bidders will on this item will enjoy a one-week stay in Authors Guild President and bestselling author Douglas Preston’s delightful casita in Santa Fe, NM, a city known for the arts. This is a lovely, very quiet one-bedroom adobe casita with dining room, kitchen, living room, laundry, fireplace, balcony, and two dedicated parking spaces in the La Vereda compound on Santa Fe’s historic East Side. It is on Palace Avenue within walking distance of Canyon Road shops and restaurants. The casita is available for a one-week stay at a period of our mutual choosing in July, August, or September 2019. The weeks of Spanish Market, Folk Art Market, and Indian Market are all available, as is Opera season, which are all popular times to explore the creative scene in Santa Fe, when weekly rates almost double.
