Under the guidance of Fonte dè Medici's chef, your cooking course will focus on revealing secrets of the Tuscan culinary arts, from traditional dishes to sophisticated preparations with the talented chef from Osteria di Passignano. Your cooking lesson will be followed by dinner combined with Antinori wines at the Osteria di Passignano where you will also visit the vast thousand-year old cellars that run beneath the Badia a Passignano, an ancient abbey still owned by monks of the Vallombrosan Order, where Chianti Classico Riserva D.O.C.G. is aged.

Passport required for travel outside the U.S. Road fee of approximately $5 per day is the responsibility of the passenger and required to be to be paid locally. Local city taxes are the responsibility of the passenger and required to be to be paid directly to hotel. Hotel may be substituted with equal or similar accommodations. Tours, cooking class and wine tastings run on specific days of the week and at specific times. Travel is valid from March through November. Travel is valid through 1⅓0/2019. A minimum 30 day advance reservation is required.
