The International Center of Photography is the world’s leading institution dedicated to photography and visual culture. 

Founded in 1974 to preserve the legacy of “concerned photography”—the creation of socially and politically minded images that have the potential to educate and change the world—the center’s mission endures today, even as the photographic medium and imagemaking practices have evolved. Through its exhibitions, school, public programs, and community outreach, ICP offers an open forum for dialogue about the role that photographs, videos, and new media play in our society. To date, it has presented more than 700 exhibitions and offered thousands of classes at every level.

Alice Austen House Museum One Year Family Membership

One of America’s earliest and most prolific female photographers, Alice Austen broke away from the constraints of the Victorian era to create her own independent life. Her home, a Victorian Gothic cottage dating back to 1690, is today a museum devoted to her life and work. It is located on the water, in Staten Island, boasting a panoramic view that stretches from Lower Manhattan to Coney Island.

Please note: the ICP will be closed from late 2019 into early 2020 to move to a new building. Winners may elect to activate their membership in early 2020 to enjoy a full year of access at the ICP's new location.
