1 Hour Fitness Consultation/Assessment and 5 one-hour Personal Training Sessions with Sherie Alexis.

As a Personal Trainer, I'm a huge advocate for healthy living and becoming the very best version of yourself. I believe that exercise, nutrition and being physically active are the three main components to living a long and healthy life. In today’s fast paced world, this can be a tough task. For some individuals, exercising can be overwhelming, some may lack motivation and find it difficult to fit it into their busy schedules. For others, it may be confusing to undertake a routine and perform the exercises safely and effectively.
I'm dedicated to providing my clients the resources required to reach their fitness, health and wellness goals . My aim is to challenge and motivate my clients to exceed their potential.
Each client receives a complimentary fitness assessment to evaluate overall health and fitness status. The results will be used to design the client’s workout program, specifically for their needs and tailored to their goals.
Health and wellness is important, whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, improve endurance, improve fitness, maintain current physique or become healthy. My duty is to improve the way the body functions while producing amazing results.
Will schedule sessions directly with Sherie based on mutual availability.
Sessions can take place at the client’s home (if space permits), at a gym that allows freelance trainers or the park (in NYC only).
Sherie will work with the client on their specific goals and can have access to a training studio for an additional fee, if the client prefers. All equipment needed is provided by Sherie.
