Improve performance and take strokes off your golf game with a free golf assessment followed by two (2) golf performance sessions with a TPI certified physical therapist at the Impact Physical Therapy Chicago Recovery Room-South Loop!
Golf Assessment: TPI certified Physical Therapist, Shayne Cleary, will help you improve your golf performance and get you back on the course at the top of your game. With our golf assessment you will first be guided through the TPI Movement Assessment to understand your body's strengths and limitations. Shayne will then formulate a customized plan to address those limitations through mobility exercises and/or strength conditioning.
Golf Performance Sessions: On your two follow up visits Shayne will take you through drills and exercises designed to improve your musculoskeletal alignment, reduce your limitations and increase your mobility, strength, and power.
