Whether you are a citizens group hoping to influence a local sustainability plan or municipal officials exploring different approaches to sustainability, Dr. George Homsy has got you covered. Dr. Homsy is an assistant professor at the University of Binghamton who can share his expertise on sustainable communities, public administration, neighborhood development, and local governance. The majority of his current work is focused on the balance of sustainability with economic policy and social equity. Dr. Homsy’s workshop is flexible and he is enthusiastic to help where he can. Limitation: George is happy to travel up to 150 miles from Boston, Massachusetts or Binghamton New York. Any workshop held further than that from either local may incur additional expenses, which can be discussed.
