It is 2 miles South of the Belize Ocean Club and 3 miles south of Maya Beach Bistro which is conveniently located close to fine dining and other upscale resorts. This exclusive section of Placencia offers a plethora of options for food and activities, and it is only an 8 minute communte to Placencia Village and the air strip.
The estate features a large ocean pier and fresh water swimming pool overlooking the sand. There is a full kitchen on 2nd floor, along with a separate staff kitchen on ground floor where the chef can prepare your meals (3 days of meal preparation are included). The caretaker lives in a separate staff house onsite in order to make sure everything runs smoothly while making your stay as easy and carefree as possible.
If you crave activity and adventure, take the kayaks and paddle along the beach by the pier, or maybe over to the nearby island to. Others may just want to sit under the palapa at the end of the pier, by the pool, or on one of the many patios and relax as the staff prepares you a freshly made from scratch lunch. Whatever your style of vacation, Mission Bay has it all.

The Ground Floor features 2 large bedrooms (each with private baths) and access to a larger covered patio overlooking the pool and ocean.

The second floor boasts a huge, modern, open-style kitchen with an island, dining room and large, outdoor, covered patio that overlooks the pier. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on this floor, including a master bedroom with sitting room that has it's own bar and private fridge.
Last, but not least, the top floor aka is a massive master suite with a bathroom, indoor/outdoor shower and a huge open patio that overlooks the pool and pier.
