Item Description
Bayer Facilities has made available 12 spaces for personal/reserved parking on Creve Coeur or Chesterfield campus. These 12 spaces will be auctioned for two 6 month periods Jan Jun and Jul Dec. The successful bidder will be able to locate their parking spot on the Creve Coeur or Chesterfield campus with the following restrictions: the parking space cannot be requested in place of handicapped, Medical spaces, A lane or a space that would require a standalone sign. The winner must be a Bayer employee and will be asked to provide a description and decal numbers for all personal vehicles that may use the space. The chosen parking space is not transferable and is only useable by the purchaser. Brief closure of parking lots due to maintenance repairs will not be compensated.
Item Special Note
The United way signs are numbered and it is very important that the winning individuals park only in their assigned space. Please note the winners must contact Sheila Militzer (sheila.militzer@bayer.com 314-694-9989) at least 5 weeks prior to December 9th 2019 and provide name, vehicle type, plate #, building they work in, specific period of time won, what campus they are on and what parking lot are garage they would like to park in. If they have a specific location for the space they will need to provide details (lot or garage letter/number location and a photo of the space they are requesting.) If more than one person requests the same parking space, the space will be awarded on a first come first serve basis (unless an individual is already in that space from the previous United Way Auction and has won again and chosen to stay). Important not all parking spaces are eligible for reserved parking due to utility restrictions or the inability to install a proper sign. Finally if the winners do not have the space selection to Sheila Militzer by December 9, 2019 they may or may not have a sign installed in time. We will not be making any time extensions or changes once a sign has been installed (the only exception is if the winner moves to an entirely different building or campus).
