This unique hand pulled print was made from Red Clover which grows on the grounds of the artist’s studio in Meeteetse, Wyoming.
Item Special Note
Wyoming artist, Florence Alfano McEwin, works in both paint and print mediums. Her work is shown nationally and internationally. International shows include those in Japan, Canada, Italy, Germany, England, Scotland, the Netherlands and France. Her numerous awards include the George and Helen Segal Foundation Award in paint and two Wyoming state fellowships for printmaking. Upcoming solo and semi solo shows will be in Gallery Kaze (of the wind), Tokyo and the Nicolaysen Museum, Casper Wyoming. McEwin, who earned a Ph.D on American Women Artists (NTU, Denton) is Professor Emeritus of Art from Western Wyoming College.
