Item Description
Fritzi Haskell, our founder, would be so very proud. She had Minnesotans drinking wine when the rest of our country was drinking gin fizzes.
Jack Farrell and the Farrell Family were happy to assume her role as the Twin Cities wine people in 1970. For the past 49 years, we have provided our customers with the widest selection, great prices and the best service possible. Our stores now cover the entire metropolitan area, and we stand ready to supply your wine, spirits, and brew needs, as our delivery service is legendary.
We have been privileged to serve the White House, Buckingham Palace, and the governments of Spain, Italy and Israel, as well as so many wonderful families and businesses in our fair state. In fact, Haskell’s was honored to help plan the wine and food for the Russian Head of State when Mikhail Gorbachev came to Minnesota in 1990. He left our state very impressed with our food, the wines of our country, and the great hospitality of the people of Minnesota.
We have enjoyed many Minnesota milestones as the wine and spirits vendor of the Twin Cities, but our greatest pleasure comes from helping you, our valued customers, with your family celebrations and we thank you for that honor.
As we raise a glass to toast, we look forward to serving this great community for at least another 80 years!
