Field yourself an autographed photo of Angels Baseball Right Fielder Kole Calhoun #56. Kole was drafted in the 8th round of the 2010 MLB Draft by the Los Angeles Angels (Angels Baseball). He was called up to the majors and made his MLB debut in 2012.
In 2015, his stellar defense helped him win his first ever Gold Glove Award. The Rawlings Gold Glove Award, or simply the Gold Glove, is given annually to the Major League Baseball players judged to have exhibited superior individual fielding performances at each fielding position in both the National League (NL) and the American League (AL), as voted by the managers and coaches in each league.
Kole has won many awards over his career, including:
- Baseball America Major League All-Rookie Team (2013)
- Rawlings AL Gold Glove (2015)
- MLBPAA Angels Heart and Hustle Award (2016)
