Enjoy a tour and tasting for 4 guests. Tours are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5 to 6pm. Located at The Barlow in Sebastopol.

TIMO & ASHBY

Like their unique Sloe Gin, husband and wife team Timo and Ashby Marshall bring a combination of traditional British legacy and innovative West Coast style to Spirit Works Distillery.
  
Timo comes from a small village in the southwest of England called Thurlstone. This is where his family has been refining their sloe gin recipe for generations. While they didn’t make their own gin from grain to glass, they did employ the traditional method of steeping sloe berries in gin, picked along the coastal hills. Ashby, on the other hand, is West Coast bred and has a deep passion and impressive palate for whiskey and its intricacies. She is thrilled to be the only distiller in her family.
 
Together, Timo and Ashby have spent years working together in a variety of fields including fast boat driving, IRATA climbing, and as sailing instructors. So with this clear path to distillation;), you will find them here at the distillery working side by side working the still, offering distillery tours, cleaning tanks, running the business, training puppies, and creating the best California Distillery tasting room possible. All with their incredible small staff of dedicated, passionate, mostly female producers of Vodka, Gin, Sloe Gin, Barrel Gin, Straight Wheat Whiskey, and Straight Rye Whiskey made batch by batch, grain to glass.

Item Special Note

PICK UP: Winning bidders will be able to pick up items at Madrone Elementary School during the Walk-a-Thon on Friday September 20, 2019 from 2:45 till 5:30 pm at the Auction Pick-up Booth.

***If you are unable to pick up your item during these times, please contact the auction administrator at meganfonseca@hotmail.com by Wednesday, September 25th, 2019. Items not picked up, or had alternate pick up arrangements made, will be donated back to the Madrone PTA. Parents or an adult must be present to pick up auction items. Items will not be released to children.

SHIPPING: GIFT CERTIFICATES are available for shipping! We do not ship anything that cannot be mailed in an envelope!

LEGAL AGE REQUIREMENTS: MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE to bid on ANY Auction Lots containing WINE, WINERY EXPERIENCES, BEER, TASTINGS, AND/OR OTHER ALCOHOL OR ALCOHOL RELATED ITEMS!!!
