The 4-week Quiet Mind, Open Heart: The Practice and Path of Meditation online course is designed to teach you how to practice meditation effectively and will provide you with everything you need to begin and sustain a successful meditation practice. You can begin the course whenever you are ready and move through the content at your own pace.
The online format allows you to practice when and where it is most convenient for you with an online community of practitioners who will be learning and practicing along with you.
New course videos, guided meditations, and course materials will be released each week.
