2017 Pinot Grigio

The 2017 Terra d'Oro Pinot Grigio entices with aromas of fresh ripe stone fruit, green apple, ripe pear, floral, minerality and honeydew melon. This refined style of Pinot Grigio delivers generous amounts of juicy stone fruit and minerality on the palate, balanced by a midpalate of cantaloupe and honeydew, leading to a long, elegant finish. This substantial, yet bright and refreshing wine pairs beautifully with oysters Rockefeller, or a citrus seafood ceviche.

2017 Zinfandel

Mild temperatures throughout the growing season allowed for slow, even ripening, resulting in rich Zinfandels with fresh fruit characteristics and mature tannins. The Terra d'Oro 2017 Deaver Zinfandel showcases warm, inviting earthy notes of oregano, white pepper, clove, vanilla, black cherry, dark cocoa and smoke on the nose. The palate is invigorated with velvety tannins leading into a balanced midpalate and spicy finish. For a divine pairing, serve the Terra d'Oro 2017 Deaver Zinfandel with a dry-aged ribeye, topped with a horseradish gremolata made of minced parsley, lemon peel and garlic.

2016 Teroldego

Teroldego is a red Italian grape variety grown primarily in the northeastern Alto Adige DOC region of Italy. The 2016 Terra d'Oro Teroldego is a beautiful, bold and striking wine. Incredibly dark in color, it is balanced by soft and enticing aromas of vanilla, creme brulee and dark fruit. This wine showcases powerful tannins with a focused core of dense pomegranate and cranberries, followed by a long, lingering finish with subtle hints of vanilla. A perfect complement to wild boar lasagna, or elk burgers, the Terra d'Oro Teroldego is a stunning companion to virtually any smoked meat.

2015 GSM Blend

A lovely blend of Grenach, Syrah and Mourvedre, the 2015 Terra d'Oro GSM blend is warm and inviting, with a nose full of strawberry, clove,blueberry, earth, flint and dried basil. Sophisticated flavors of bright spicy strawberry, smoked meats, earthy and truffled tones lead to a long elegant finish. This wine is the perfect compliment to braised lamb shoulder, or BBQ meats.
