It is located on 15+ acres, surrounded by several hundred acres of farmland secured in the Vermont Land Trust, and has amazing views of surrounding mountains. It is located in West Pawlet, Vermont just a few miles from the Villages of Pawlet, Dorset, Rupert, Wells as well as Lake St. Catherine. Next to historic Dorset and closeby to Manchester (classic New England Villages).

The kitchen has all new appliances, a farm sink, restored antique cabinets and new countertops. It is the perfect place to cook while entertaining friends and family in the open family room or attached outside deck.

Serve your turkey in the country style dining room with seating for 8 and stunning views of the meadows out back. There is new wood burning fireplace and a large flat screen TV in the living room, a spacious mudroom, a library/sitting room, a huge front porch with adirondack chairs, and a beautiful deck off the kitchen with stunning views. The home is impeccably decorated with a mix of antiques and modern amenities to create the perfect ambiance for traditional Vermont living. It comfortably sleeps 13 in four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and comfortable seating. Another bedroom has a queen bed and one has a set of twin beds. There is a large bunk room with cathedral ceilings and 3 sets of bunk beds (6 twin beds) and one twin bed. Additionally, there is full laundry in the basement (washer and dryer).
