Mat Classic
The traditional Pilates floor work sequence strengthens and stretches your entire body while decompressing your spine and improving posture, leaving you energized and refreshed. This class uses the principles of the Pilates Method while waking up your deep abdominal and spinal muscles and teaching you how to modify the workout to a level appropriate for you. Individual attention is provided to make beginners feel at ease while not-so beginners perfect their form and further strengthen their core.
Prerequisite: None. We recommend, but do not require, that you schedule at least our Introductory Pilates Private lesson prior to joining your first mat class.
Pilates Total Fitness
This class starts with 10-15 minutes of Pilates matwork to warm up your abdominals, and then quickly moves into stability and weight exercises to increase your body tone. Thigh and seat exercises are included, as well as a series of stretching to create a full-body workout.
Prerequisite: None. We recommend 5-10 Mat classic classes and/or a combination with private lessons, but there are no formal prerequisites.
Abs & Arms
Using classical Pilates repertoire, we will bring a strong focus to maximizing sculpting your arms and abs! Props will be used to increase this sculpting class, so come prepared to work out! This class is open to all levels

Balance and Stretch
A full-body strength training session with active stretching will help increase muscle strength, blood flow, flexibility, and improved balance! Improve motor skills while toning your body in this fun, active class!

Pilates-palooza
This anything-goes Pilates mat class deepens your workout experience by incorporating props, such as the magic circle, foam roller, fit balls, weights and more. Using the ideal Pilates matwork at a steady flow, your body and mind will be challenged with this open to high-Intermediate leveled class.
Prerequisite: Intermediate Pilates Mat level means you are accepting and mastering the challenges in Mat Classic. Previous Pilates experience is highly recommended.
Power Mat
This class will flow with a much faster pace than the Open Level classes. Advanced exercises will be introduced as you modify the Intermediate level exercises you learned in Open Level Mat to make them more challenging.
Prerequisite: At least 20-30 Open Level Mat and/or Pilates-palooza classes.
