Item Description
This limited edition print on canvas is called "Surender and Mohan.” It is 8" x 12".
We love that Belinda Stewart honored Mohan’s memory by making these canvas prints based on her original painting of Mohan with Surender, his caregiver. Sadly, we lost Mohan in 2017, only one year after his rescue. The abuse he suffered in his former life finally caught up with him and his tired body couldn't fight anymore.
Surender loved Mohan like a son. We love this piece, because it's how we want Mohan to be remembered – being cherished at Wildlife SOS
More of Mohan's story can be read here:

From the Artist: “I know I’m not alone in my love for Mohan, so I had my original watercolor printed on canvas to share with others.”
About the Artist: Belinda Stewart lives in St Augustine, Florida. She works in all mediums but favors watercolors. She studied in private classes with famed watercolorist Mun Quan and art classes at Jacksonville University.
"I got hooked on Wildlife SOS with the first rescue attempt of sweet Mohan. Since being retired, it has been pure joy seeing a picture posted at various elephant and bear sanctuaries and setting it aside to become inspiration for my watercolors."
