Item Description
Explore the natural beauty of The Broadmoor's SEVEN FALLS and enjoy Lunch for four at Restaurant 1858 at Seven Falls!
Located a short 20 minute walk from the main campus of The Broadmoor lies “The Grandest Mile of Scenery” in Colorado. The only Colorado waterfall included on National Geographic’s list of international waterfalls, Seven Falls excites the senses with a series of waterfalls located in a 1,250-foot-wall box canyon. 224 steps alongside the falls lead to hiking trails and the banks of the stream that feed the Falls and its 181-foot drop of cascading water. This is also home to our newest dining experience “Restaurant 1858”, as well as The Broadmoor Soaring Adventure.
Open daily for lunch and dinner, Restaurant 1858 is a unique Broadmoor dining venue situated at the banks of Seven Falls. Taking its name from the Gold Rush era and the famous motto, ‘Pikes Peak or Bust’ of that time, Restaurant 1858 offers authentic Colorado cuisine in a rustic setting made of hand-hewn stone and reclaimed wood, with custom lantern mining inspired light fixtures. “Gold Rush” art from The Broadmoor’s Western Art collection is showcased throughout the restaurant, and is accented with historic photographs of the area from yesteryear. In addition to the main dining room, an outdoor patio offers guests an opportunity to dine al fresco near the thundering water of the spectacular natural box canyon.
