Item Description
Jose Francisco and his wife Emma have a small farm in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua. Their coffee plants are mixed in among cilantro, carrots and other vegetables which they farm. He is currently in the process of increasing the area of coffee cultivation of his farm located over 1400 meters above sea level. Due to this elevation his coffee takes longer to mature creating a special flavor. Jose's coffee has notes of cherries, applesauce and a medium acidity.
