In the years between 1991–2001, Stephanie created “The Max Warburg Courage Curriculum” in memory of her 11-year old son, who died of Leukemia in 1991. Housed at Northeastern University, it is taught in the 6th grades in Boston Schools, as well as in other schools across the United States and abroad.
