On your two-hour drive between the resorts, experience some of the best wine tasting in Sonoma County, including the Russian River wine region. Daytrips include the charming California towns of Marin, Bodega Bay, Santa Rosa and Healdsburg.

The Setting Inn, Napa
Enjoy a 2-night stay (Sunday – Thursday nights) for 2 people.Daily continental breakfast delivered to your room, featuring pastries from Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery. The main building, a recently remodeled 1901 farmhouse, offers 5 spacious guest rooms. All rooms have one king or one queen bed, a private bathroom with L’Occitane amenities, a fireplace and stylish Restoration Hardware furnishings and linens and Nespresso coffee makers.

From the moment you arrive, the proprietors will make sure you feel at home, whether you want to relax in the Barn Lounge, enjoy the vineyard views while seated around one of the courtyard fire pits, or get assistance with planning winery visits and dining at some of the region’s award-winning restaurants. The Setting Inn, formerly known as Napa Vineyard Inn, rebranded late Spring 2019.

Napa is approximately 1.5 hours north of San Francisco and Oakland.

The Setting Wines is the vision of three friends who truly believe that great wine becomes an unforgettable experience when it is enjoyed in the perfect Setting. Exceptional custom blended wines – Napa Valley Cabernet and Barrel Fermented Sauvignon Blanc, in addition to the Alexander Valley Cabernet - round out The Setting’s collection. The wines are sourced from grapes that come from some of the best vineyards in California, handpicked based on their location within each appellation.

Timber Cove Resort, Jenner (Sonoma Coast)  
Enjoy a 2-night stay (Sunday – Thursday nights) for 2 people in an ocean view room with a King bed and redwood deck at Timber Cove Resort, perched on a dramatic bluff high above the Pacific Ocean. Receive a complimentary bottle of wine and charcuterie upon arrival and enjoy a 4-course dinner for 2 at the resort’s Coast Kitchen restaurant (wine pairing available for an additional fee). 

Newly renovated, Timber Cove Resort retains the iconic architecture and authenticity of the original 1960’s legend while offering the comforts and amenities of a new hotel - a perfect blend of chic and rustic modern. The property sits on 25 unrivaled acres above the stunning Sonoma Coast and boasts an expansive Outdoor Living Room with billiards, ping pong and fire pits, and Coast Kitchen, a full-service on-site restaurant with a coastal wine country concept, offering seasonal fare served amidst stunning ocean views.
