Strawbery Banke is an outdoor history museum located in the South End of Portsmouth, the oldest neighborhood in New Hampshire to be settled by Europeans. The Museum's restored buildings and open space invite visitors to immerse themselves in the past.
If you're looking for a taste of what life was like in Portsmouth in the 1700s, consider this: A unique dinner experience for up to six people from the Education Department at Strawbery Banke Museum.
Participants will learn basics of cooking on an 18th century hearth by helping to prepare and cook a meal on the grounds of Strawbery Banke. Then sit down and enjoy your dinner!
Menu to be determined by Strawbery Banke Museum; meal is prepared in a non-allergy environment.
