ABOUT THE ARTIST
Nadiya Hmelivska Goodman
Nadiya Hmelivska Goodman was born in Ivano- Frankivsk ,Ukraine. She graduated from the Kosiv College of Decorative Art where she received a Bachelor of Arts, specializing in mural painting. She then furthered her education by getting a Master of Interior Design at the Lviv Academy of Art in Lviv, Ukraine.
Her works were exhibited in various locations in Ukraine, including The Kosiv Museum of Art, The Art Museum in Ivano-Frankivsk, Taras Shevchenko Museum in Lviv, Seasons Art Gallery in Lviv, and The Palace of Art in Lviv. After coming to the United States in 2003, Nadiya continued her artwork and in 2005 participated in the exhibition at the Darien Art Show and the Stamford Art Association in Connecticut.
In 2007 she had a solo exhibit at Arcadia Coffee shop in Greenwich, Connecticut. In 2014 she participated in an Art exhibit at the Manor Club, in Pelham Manor, NY. She continues her work in her studio in New Rochelle, NY. For more information she can be reached at 203-273-9652.
