Need a place to throw a party??  Or for a photoshoot?   Check out this townhouse (living room, dining room and garden)!   Use it for one event up to 5 hours and for 25 people or less.  
Located in the East Village, NYC.

The Space
Huge space (over 3,000 square feet) with a massive atrium skylight letting in tons of natural light in the heart of the east village.  It's surrounded by lush community gardens on three sides so it's truly an oasis in the city. The house is spectacular - striking modern, industrial design, and high ceilings and skylight inside; outside a patio garden with a pergola which is illuminated with fairy lights at night. There is also a BBQ in the garden and a table that seats 6 with an extra 8 chairs. The living room has a dining room table which seats 8 that can also be used as a work space. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and bar seating for 5 as well as banquette seating for an additional 5. Central air and wifi. Local street parking is easy to find.

There are 5 bedrooms and 3 additional bathrooms that can be rented out for an extra fee. The space is perfect for off-site work related events such as brainstorming groups, as well as baby showers, cocktail parties, and photo and film shoots.

 Given the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a chance that the item(s) that you bid on may or may not still be in business at the time of your redemption.  We have confirmed availability of all items listed prior to going live online.  However, nobody can predict that all items will always be able to be redeemed.  Some may require postponement, an updated expiration date, or use of the service online.  Also, should the business or opportunity close before you can redeem, SOF will not refund your purchase.   In that case, your purchase will simply be a tax-deductible donation to the school which, like all proceeds from this auction, will be used to enrich the education of all of our students.  

A date will be allowed based on availability and no events past 10:00 pm are permitted.   For one date only.  Not redeemable for cash.  Good for one year from auction date. 

Can rent for longer than four hours but those additional hours would have to be for an additional fee.
