Fausto is a restaurant that focuses on seasonal California cuisine inside of the world renowned Contemporary Art Center designed by Zaha Hadid in downtown Cincinnati. Fausto is an all day gathering place brought to you by The Ferrari Brothers. A place where everyone is welcome through any hour of the day for morning coffee, cocktails, great wine, beer or food. Directly across from the Aronoff, Fausto is a perfect spot for dinner before the show!
"We're a real, full-service restaurant inside of a world-renowned museum. Art is always changing, and people have different opinions about it," Tony Ferrari said. "Our food is the same. It will always be changing and evolving with the seasons. We want to have fun with food. We cook stuff we like to eat an are inspired by."
The philosophy on food carries over to the beverage menu. Fausto serves a full menu of Italian espresso drinks, including lattes, macchiato, cappuccino and a maple syrup-sweetened cold brew topped with milk called the Maplewood. Its beans are roasted locally by Deeper Roots Coffee. It also has a menu of craft cocktails with names inspired by art and artists, and a menu of wines available by the glass or bottle.
"I always pursue smaller growers and more biodynamic wine from people who make wine by hand," Austin Ferrari told me. "There's something for everyone on our menu, from serious champagne to simple Prosecco."
