Old Sturbridge Village Redware Bean Pot
C. 2019. Hand-thrown redware bean pot with handle. Signed on the underside “Old Sturbridge Village.” Using early 19th century period correct methods, Old Strubridge Village tradespeople are committed to bring New England History to life through hands on experience and third person interpretation. This beanpot was thrown on a foot-powered wheel, glazed with period pigments, and fired in the wood-fire kiln.
