Item Description

Have an international soprano perform a private concert in your living room for you, your family and friends.

New York-based Asako Tamura has delighted audiences worldwide with an extraordinary blend of vocal brilliance, a powerful stage presence and innate musicality. In addition to opera performances and recitals around the globe, she appeared as soloist with Pavarotti, Domingo and Carreras in the Three Tenors concert in Japan during the Soccer World Cup in 2002, and became the first foreigner to sing the US national anthem at Washington DC’s Nationals Park for a baseball game between the NY Yankees and Washington Nationals. She recently performed before a sellout crowd in Carnegie Hall. Her voice was described as a “brilliant jewel” by British journalist Graeme Kay, and she was lauded by the New York Times as a “bright soprano”.

Ms. Tamura will customize a concert to your needs from her rich repertoire, encompassing opera, classical art songs, Japanese folk songs and popular music in Italian, French, German, English, Japanese and more. She can accompany herself with piano if available. Please feel free to make requests or suggestions.

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to create your own concert with a world-class singer.
