Item Description
22½” (w) X 54” (h)
This quilt was made for the theme “Stories of Our Ancestors.” It depicts the transition of our beautiful, pristine Nature and air through the ruts and litter of household items and wagon wheels of our ancestors as they traveled west in America and the current smog and litter of just about anything. It’s a rather sad story of “progress” and shows how the real treasure that has been left behind is Nature in its original beauty. Pop-tops from cans make an aluminum fringe and adorn the bottom of the quilt.
