Baking tutorial for you and 3 guests by Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef and Blacker's Bakeshop baker, Rachel Gibeley! Pick a baked good and flavor profile of your choice (breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, or muffins, you name it!), and have the opportunity to bake with and learn from Rachel! Rachel trained at the pastry school of Le Cordon Bleu, has worked at Flour and Rosebud cafe, and is currently a baker at Blacker's Bakeshop kosher bakery in Newton. Winning bidder to provide a home-kitchen setting with space to accomodate a group of bakers. Greater Boston-area only, at a mutually agreed upon day and time. A five percent processing fee will be added to all purchases. All items available for pick-up on Friday, December 13 from noon to 3PM at 57 Stanley Avenue in Watertown or email sharil@jcdsboston.org to make an alternative arrangement.
