Mango Milkshake Hazy IPA
ABV 7.5%
IBU's: 25
Hops: Comet & Jarrylo Additions: Mangos, Milk Sugar & Vanilla Bean
Why Milkshake? Milk sugar (lactose) is an unfermentable sugar added to create a silky smooth mouthfeel - this does not sweeten the beer. A liberal amount of Mango juice combines with the juicy tropical flavor of Comet and Jarrylo to create a fruit smoothie effect. This is a very drinkable, fermented cocktail served in a beer glass.
DDH = Double dry hopped. That's a trick of the trade where hops are added two different times during fermentation to increase the absorption of the good stuff.

Honky Tonk Cherry Berliner Weisse
ABV 5% IBUs 5
Exceptionally delicious... like a tart cherry pie with abundance of tart Montmorency Michigan cherry juice. Cherry Berliner Weisse is canned with LIVE Lactobacillus cultures! Our bold example of this German style brings sweet, sour and fruit together for a pleasantly refreshing and sessionable beer.
From their blossoms to their fruits, cherry trees represent a circle of life that is short and sweet, or in this case, tart.

Honky Tonk West Coast IPA
ABV 6.5% IBUs 70
True to the West Coast style, our version of this classic IPA is a hop BOMB! Loaded with a tantalizing blend of American hops: Simcoe, Cascade, Comet & Summit. Citrusy, herbal & balanced, it's dry hopped for flavor and aroma. The abundant hops are balanced with a blend of 2-row and pale ale malts for a dry beer with a malt backbone. It goes down smoothly with a lasting bitterness.
The Asian dragon is a wise and powerful creature endlessly searching for enlightenment. Often shown grasping a pearl of wisdom in its talons, the beer-loving dragon has found the ultimate hoppy wisdom in our massively dry-hopped West Coast IPA.

Honky Tonk King Bee Blonde

Addition: Orange Blossom Honey
The friendly worker bees at Honky Tonk Brewing crowned this tasty Blonde Ale as the King Bee. It is fermented with a generous helping of Florida Orange Blossom Honey, brewed with a hint of orange zest and balanced by a citrus zing from Cascade hops.
