Decathlon Sports Club is an active, high-energy summer day camp providing individualized service, attention, play, and instruction for boys and girls grades K-6. Decathlon Camp works hard to create a sense of community where children feel safe and have a ton of fun.
The Decathlon Sports Club was founded in 1981 by a small group of educators and athletes who grew up in neighborhoods where the kids came outside after dinner and played stickball, pickle, football, basketball, hide-and-seek, 3-flies-up, traded cards, had water fights, etc. That childhood experience provided the foundation and inspiration for this camp.
Yes...we are primarily a sports camp. But the camp environment we have created and fostered feels a lot like that 'old neighborhood', with sports, games and socializing going on almost non-stop. Contests, barbeques, jokes, water fights, treasure hunts, trivia, arts & crafts, tug-of-war, board games, card-trading, prizes....
These things, in combination with structured sports and instruction, create the simultaneously relaxed, crazy, fun and educational feel of our program. This is a wonderful place for children to play, get tons of exercise, and develop socially, physically, and athletically. The Decathlon Sports Club of Woodside began small (with just 20 children) 39 years ago. We now proudly serve over 700 families from San Francisco to Stanford each summer.

Certificate valid as $250 cash payment toward cost of camp. Valid for Summer 2020. Holder of certificate is not guaranteed a spot in camp for their child. Holder must secure a space at camp via our camp registration process.
