You will enjoy five nights of amazing views with family or friends at this spectacular 3+ BR, 3 Bath, 2400 sq. ft. home overlooking Lake Chelan. This vacation home is located in the town of Manson, WA which is situated on the north shore of Lake Chelan and near Wapato Point Resort. Nestled in the hills above Lake Chelan, the house has a peek-a-boo view of Lake Chelan and sweeping views of the surrounding hills, orchards, vineyards and Roses Lake.  It sleeps 10-12 and the amenities include a hot tub, fireplace, air conditioning, internet, cable and a washer/dryer. Pets are welcome. The cleaning fee is included. 

The house and property are a perfect place for a family reunion or a two-family rental.  The main level is a ‘great room’ open concept, with kitchen, dining room & living room, with floor to ceiling windows and doors that open up to a large deck with fabulous views.  The kitchen with Viking range is set up with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The dining room table will seat all of your guests. The living room features a nice sitting area with wood burning fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and a nicely updated bathroom with large shower. The wood ceilings and a wood burning fireplace make for a cozy place to hang out in the winter time. There is a large entryway ‘mud room’ area that is perfect for hiking, biking, skiing or golf gear.  The deck has a table/chairs, tons of seating, a hammock for lounging and a gas grill for cooking.  A big laundry room with full size washer/dryer rounds out the main level.

The daylight basement level features a family room with TV , a ¾ bathroom, and a sleeping area with a double bed, plus another double bed with twin bunk bed on top. Plus there is a kid play area with toys, books and a table for coloring or crafts. Also downstairs is a second ‘apartment area’, with a bedroom (queen sized bed), ¾ bathroom, and another family room with TV and fold-out hide-a-bed sofa.  The downstairs opens up to a hot tub and a large grassy play area for all sorts of family fun. 

Outside the house features a detached garage for guests to use that has darts and a ping pong table.  Also stored in the garage are lawn chairs and blow up toys for the Lake. Enjoy 4 acres tucked in between vineyards and orchards; the hill above the house has cut trails through the brush and sage to do a mini hike.  It has a big driveway that circles the property with room for several cars, a boat or RV.

Our property is a short walk down the road to Hard Row to Hoe winery, a “Best of Washington” 2010 nominee. There are at least a dozen wineries within just a couple miles, in addition to many more in the greater Chelan area. The house is located just  2.5 miles to downtown Manson, and 15 minutes to downtown Chelan. If you have a boat, you can either launch or rent a slip at the Manson Bay Marina for your stay. There are also boat rentals available for the weekday or hour at Shoreline Boat Rentals. The Mill Bay Casino is about a mile away; try your luck at blackjack or slots, or dance to a live band.  

Echo Ridge is about a 25 minute drive.  In the winter, there are great groomed cross-country ski trails and a sledding hill there.  In the spring/summer/fall Echo Ridge has really fun mountain biking trails.
