Given the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a chance that the item(s) that you bid on may or may not still be in business at the time of your redemption.  We have confirmed availability of all items listed prior to going live online.  However, nobody can predict that all items will always be able to be redeemed.  Some may require postponement, an updated expiration date, or use of the service online.  Also, should the business or opportunity close before you can redeem, SOF will not refund your purchase.   In that case, your purchase will simply be a tax-deductible donation to the school which, like all proceeds from this auction, will be used to enrich the education of all of our students.  

Each certificate provides accommodations for up to two rooms and is subject to a required supplement of $125 per person, per night, based on double occupancy, depending on the resort selected and travel dates.  These certificates provide all dining, beverages, resort activities, services charges, and gratuities.  Goverment taxes are additional.  The required supplement and taxes are collected at time of booking.

Additional peak season surcharge of $100 per person per night applies Dec. 21 - Jan. 3, and Feb. 1 - 24. 

Posting certificates online for resale purposes shall immediately invalidate these certificates.  Certificates may be transfered to a friend or family member but may not be resold online.
