Triathlon?Are you looking for some guidance as to how much, how frequently, and how fast you should be running in order to be prepared for your race? Are you looking for someone to help build workouts that will get you primed and ready to compete? If so, Ashley can provide just that guidance! After an initial consultation to get a sense of your running experience, history, and goals, she will create a custom 12-week training plan with daily workouts. She will be available via e-mail and telephone throughout the week to guide you through your whole training cycle. Whether you’ve never run a race in your life, or you’re a seasoned runner simply looking to run a personal best in your favorite distance, her 10 years of competitive racing experience and expertise will give you the edge you need to reach your goals.
