Item Description

Dinner for Two at Either of Bubby's Two NYC Locations, Comfort Food at Its Best

Tribeca - 120 Hudson St. | High Line - 73 Gansevoort St.

Bubby’s opened on Thanksgiving Day 1990. Chef/Owner Ron Silver began baking pies and selling them to restaurants and his neighbors out of a small kitchen at the corner of Hudson and North Moore St. in Tribeca. Today, NYC’s beloved restaurant and pie shop celebrates 30 years of classic, made from scratch American cooking. Bubby’s now has locations in Tribeca and the Meatpacking District across from the Whitney Museum.

Renowned for its simple and fresh comfort food, Bubby’s is dedicated to defending the American table and its traditions with thoughtful ingredient sourcing and an “off the commercial food grid” philosophy. The mission has remained the same from that first day– to welcome each and every person as though they are guests in our home, to raise the awareness of the beauty of American food - its ethnic contributions and regional and geographic abundance, and to celebrate the patchwork of American culture.

Bubby’s wants people to know where their food came from, who grew it and what is good about it. American cuisine is much more than burgers and pie; it's Chinese, Mexican, Southern, an elaborate and flavorful food scape created by the generations of people who built America.

For 30 years, Bubby’s has been cooking and baking in a way that is thoughtful, healthy and most importantly, delicious!
