10 weeks of summer gymasntics at Columbus Gym for children ages 17 months - 5 years. Schedule/dates TBA.
Since theirr inception in 1988, Columbus Gym has been committed to providing its community with a place for children to grow- physically, socially, and emotionally. Through fitness and gymnastics, they help children develop self-concept and self-esteem by encouraging children to consider physical activity a daily need and lifestyle.
Fitness and gymnastics helps children build total body awareness, strength and coordination, and balance and flexibility. Gymnastics skills can help children in whatever activities they choose to pursue in their adolescent years and beyond.
