Our home is bordered by forested conservancy land and is an excellent place to relax. We are 10 minutes to Lake Tahoe, 15 minutes to Heavenly Mountain, 15 minutes from Sierra at Tahoe, and 30-35 minutes from Kirkwood. Grocery store and restaurants in Meyers and SLT are only a 5 minute drive. A brand new hiking and mountain biking trail that follows Angora Creek is accessible at the end of our block and the house is only a 10 minute drive to Fallen Leaf Lake, Angora Lake, and access to the Desolation Wilderness Area."
