Item Description
7th Grader, Mason Gemmill, will lead a chocolate making class for five boys in grades 3 through 6. You'll start by roasting raw cacao beans, peeling the beans to harvest the nibs, then wet-grinding the nibs to make the sweet chocolate goodness we all know and love. During the wet grinding process the boys will watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Each participant will take home their very own hand-crafted dark chocolate bar. Mason developed a passion for and learned the art of chocolate making as part of his Project X in Mr. V’s 6th Grade History class.
Date: Sunday March 29th
Time: 2:00-5:00PM
