60 Minute Performance Evaluation + Two Weeks of Unlimited Group Training Sessions
Parisi Speed School is an athletically based training and education system utilized by children and adults to enhance performance. Our Parisi staff of specialists will provide your athlete with the tools they need to perform at their highest level. We build athletes by providing them with a foundation of specific training methods for building speed, strength, power and flexibility and teaching them how each applies to their sport.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Until an athlete knows his or her current level of ability, it is impossible to realistically recommend programming, create goals and monitor progress. The Parisi Performance Evaluation is critical to every athlete in our program for four main reasons:
Assesses the current level of an athlete’s ability
Allows proper placement in our variety of programming
Provides individualized coaching and focus
Records and monitors progress toward success
During the evaluation, athletes are taught our signature Active Dynamic Warm-Up, are examined during our Running Analysis procedure, and tested in a battery of physical speed and strength movements. After the evaluation we review the results together and discuss the appropriate program that fits the athlete’s needs.
Two weeks of unlimited group training sessions begin after your Performance Evaluation. For ages 7-18 years.

Item Special Note
Item pick up will be at Capri Elementary March 17-19, from 1pm-3pm. Any unclaimed item after June 19 becomes property of Capri Elementary Auction Committee.
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Capri Elementary School Auction will only ship within the United States. No PO Boxes and no C.O.D.
