The winning bidder will enjoy a three-night stay at the Scala Family Home in North Lake Tahoe. The home is a sun-filled 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home which sits on a greenbelt with mountain views. This house is a perfect getaway for family and friends looking to relax, make memories and enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer. The house is perfect for large gatherings and sleeps 8 - 12 comfortably.
Located in a great Tahoe City neighborhood, this house has a beautiful and relaxing setting with forest views and a peek of the glimmering lake. There is one large sunny deck located on a greenbelt. There are 9 acres of open land behind the house perfect for exploring and taking in nature. This house is not your traditional darker Tahoe Cabin but is just the opposite. During the winter and summer, the house is full of sunlight and is decorated with modern textiles and furniture.
The house has a brand new 1,000 Square foot deck with a new hot tub. It features a large fully equipped kitchen with Viking 6 range stove, Kitchen Aid Mixer and Keurig coffee maker, dining area (seats 12) and an expansive living room with wall to wall windows, high open ceiling and a large flat-screen TV. The master bedroom features a queen bed, private master bathroom, and door to the deck.
The living room, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom are located on the ground floor. There are two separate upstairs areas. Two bedrooms are located upstairs off the living room, 1 room with a Queen bed and the other with a queen and bunk beds. A room above the garage offers tons of fun for the kids and adults. A perfect space for horsing around, watching movies, playing, napping and has four fold-out twin beds.

The house offers the following: Gas BBQ on deck (summer only), Weber grill, Wood fireplace, quiet neighborhood, wifi, home phone, cable with a flat-screen TV in living room, two TV's not hooked to cable but can be hooked up to iPad, Google Chrome, etc., washer and dryer, kitchen with everything you need, wii, garage with tons of games (pinball, shuffleboard), plenty of parking on circle driveway, tons of board games, pack 'n' play, portable beach chairs, cooler, several pairs of snowshoes, foosball table, & sand toys

Please note that the minimum age to rent this is house is 25 years-old. No smoking and no pets allowed, sorry. We are looking to rent to those that will treat the house as if it were their own. If you are looking for a party house please explore other options.
