Frisel is a graduate of Chinese Medicine School, Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, California and California Board Certified In Acupuncture. A lifelong student herself, she has trained with masters inclusive about these values in their medicine practices: safety * healing * emotional wellness * community* longevity
Her core abilities in acupuncture, herbology, and tuina have been influenced by 15 years in health care, 5 years of practice, as well as a foundation in biology, personal practice in qigong, and metaphysics. She acquired valuable medical internships experiences in China and US from master herbalists, and acupuncturists she revered. Collaborative treatments with integrative care of Dr. Kusnhir has been effective for pain, allergies, gut health, anxiety, womens health, and inflammatory disease. To give thorough and effective custom care is her sweet spot. She helps many professionals, moms and dads, and teenagers to do, plan, and prepare for their health and personal wellbeing now and well into old age, while using natural medicine, and lifestyle practices. She also hones her skills in research to also tune into the attitudes and actions for longevity within ourselves, and community.
