This auction item is for two nights in Chateau Lesieutre Guest House in Oregon Wine Country located in Dundee, Oregon, U.S.

The house sits atop the Dundee Hills at approximately 1,000 feet and is on five acres of mostly forest with a petite lawn area to the side of the house. From the deck, you can enjoy views of the Willamette valley and excellent star gazing on clear nights. 

This unique 2,700 square foot U shaped house is centered around a courtyard, with a deck leading out from the dining room to a view of the Dundee hills. The house is appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishing, and luxurious linens. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and private sitting areas. A second living room, opposite the bedroom wing, offers a place to watch movies, nap, or lounge on the sofa with a good book. 

The kitchen is ready for you to enjoy a home prepared meal or you can pre-order specially prepared meals from a private chef – from breakfast, lunch, and dinner to prepacked lunches you can take along on your wine tasting excursions. Grocery delivery services is also available so that you can arrive with the fridge stocked and avoid spending your vacation time at the store. 

Amenities: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi included, and parking available onsite. 

There is a maximum of 4 guests, minimum renter age is 25 and not suitable for children under 8

What’s Nearby: The house is conveniently located in the center of the Dundee Hills AVA with several tasting rooms in walking distance and dozens more a short drive. The scenery is breathtaking with the town of Dundee, only a ten-minute drive, filled with award-winning restaurants, tasting rooms, and coffee shops.

The owners live on the adjacent five-acre property, though the homes are spread out with a forest of fir trees in between, creating privacy for both houses.


Notes: Wheelchair accessible? No. However, all rooms are on the main floor with wide hallways. There is one step up from outside. Countertops and bathrooms are not specific to wheelchair accessibility.
