Five course Dinner for 4 people at the Newport Beach home of Chef Bo Bendanna of award winning restaurant Mi Casa Supper Club in Baja, Mexico. Dinner also includes a wine pairing by Bo’s husband Dennis from his eclectic wine collection.

Chef Bo Bendanna will be cooking a 5 course wine pairing dinner with welcome cocktails at her house on the Newport Beach Peninsula and the dinner can be held on any (Non-Summer) Saturday night 2019. 

About Chef Bo Bendanna

Bo Bendanna opened one of the first fine dining restaurants in Rosarito, Baja California, aptly named MI CASA SUPPER CLUB. It was a marriage of Moroccan recipes with Mexican ingredients and techniques that drove people from all over the world to taste her food and where she coined the term, Moroxican. Chef Bo's restaurant won the award of 100 Imperdibles De Mexico (100 Must Experience In Mexico) and became the number 1 restaurant in Northern Baja for 3 years in a row as ranked by TripAdvisor.

This creative Moroccan born was also the brainchild behind the yearly gastronomy competition / White Attire Party / Event called the Sabor De Baja, where 25 of the top Baja chefs compete for the best paired dish with craft beers and wines all made in Mexico. The attendance has grown to over 1000 guests and is widely considered one of the best food related events in Baja.

She has also appeared in many Gastronomy and lifestyle magazines in Baja and southern California for her impact on the local culinary region and for her philanthropy. In the last decade, she helped with opening of the first Boy and Girls Club in Rosarito Mexico and continues to work with local orphanages by providing them with simple needs like food and clothes. Although she has decided to take a break this past year to focus on her family, she is still considered one of the Top innovative chefs in the Baja North region and still enjoys cooking for her family and friends and for good causes like this one.
