Founder and principal of ABBAS LAW GROUP, Anca and her family have lived in the district for over 6 years, since her daughter Anna started kindergarten at Las Lomitas. She is an estate planning attorney with relevant estate planning, probate and trust administration experience. After working several years in the field and getting an LLM degree in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, Anca is now managing her own practice and she is striving to offer high quality, personalized estate plans for the families in the Peninsula.
What are you getting:
- an initial consultation with Anca, so she can determine your specific needs, concerns, explain the estate planning process and tax consequences, and answer any questions you might have;
- a complete estate plan in a beautiful blue binder, comprised of:
1. Revocable Living Trust
2. Pour-over Wills for both spouses (including guardianship provisions for minor children)
3. Durable Power of Attorneys for both spouses
4. Advanced Care Directive (HIPPAA authorization included) for both spouses
5. Certification of Trust (summary of the trust needed for retitling your bank and investment accounts to the trust)
6. General Assignment of Property.
7. Schedule of Assets.
Additionally, Anca will walk you through the process of funding the trust with your real property and retitling your existing bank and investment accounts.
At request, she can also review your existing deed(s) and transfer your existing real estate to the trust (not included with the bid package).
