The U.S. Grant Hotel is a historic hotel in downtown San Diego, California. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is 11 stories high and has 270 guest rooms in addition to meeting rooms and a ballroom.

The hotel was built by Ulysses S. Grant, Jr., son of president Ulysses S. Grant, who named the hotel after his father. Grant bought the Horton House Hotel and demolished it to construct the current hotel. Architect Harrison Albright designed the hotel.

Famous guests have included Albert Einstein, Charles Lindbergh, Woodrow Wilson and 12 additional United States Presidents. The hotel includes three presidential suites that have been tailored to Secret Service requirements for accommodating presidential visits.

Winning Bidders in the 92024 zip code are expected to pick up their item(s) at Flora Vista Elementary School (1690 Wandering Road, Encinitas).  Pick up schedule and location details will be provided after auction close.  If the bidder chooses to have item shipped to them, Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance will be added to the winning bid amount.
