Medium: Cotton fabric and dye
Process: Students learned about traditional Japanese indigo fabric-dyeing techniques. Each student prepared a square of fabric, and then the squares were sewn together to create a classroom quilt.
Inspiration: The inspiration for this project is the idea that a quilt, like a classroom, is made up of unique and beautiful parts.
