A friend of the Shelter has donated two fun activity books for children OR adults!

1) Tolkien's World - A Fantasy Coloring Book. Rendered in lush black and white line drawings by a handful of illustrators, J.R.R. Tolkien's mythical world awaits the magic of your crayons and colored pencils to come to life in this coloring book. Visit the lands of Middle-earth in the earliest days of the Valar and the Elves in the Undying Lands, the Misty Mountains and the lake town of Erebor, the Shire and the River Anduin, the Golden Hall of Rohan and the White Tower of Gondor. Travel with Bilbo and Frodo, Gandalf and Legolas, Aragorn and Boromir, Eowyn and Luthien - and encounter orcs and trolls, Shelob and Smaug, Saruman the White, and Sauron himself.

2) Marvel - The Amazing 1000 Dot-to-Dot book. A dot-to-dot maestro, Thomas Pavitte presents 20 puzzles to complete - each consisting of at least 1,000 dots - which will gradually reveal such Marvel heroes as Thor, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Daredevil, Dr. Strange, Wolverine, Black Widow, Deadpool, Ant-Man, and the Hulk. Each of these 9 1/2 x 14-inch illustrations is perforated for easy removal, plus the book includes a 19 x 14-inch pullout dot-to-dot post of Captain America slugging it out with the Iron Man.

Auction begins April 1, 2020 and ends April 24, 2020 at 10pm EST.

All winning bidders will receive an email on Friday, April 24 evening after 10:00pm with details for item pick up which is planned for Sat April 25 and Sun April 26.  Due to the Coronavirus our live event was cancelled, therefore if we are unable to have our usual pick up location at Ramada Conference and Hotel Center in Seekonk, we have already arranged for some alternate local locations.

Winners who have not picked up items after April 26th will be contacted by a Save A Pet volunteer to make alternate arrangements for pick up or mailing/shipping options.   Winners will be responsible for all mail or shipping fees based on USPS First Class rates.  Items that cannot be shipped due to fragility and/or size will be noted in the ITEM DESCRIPTION detail.

All payments for winning bids will be processed on Saturday the April 25th.   If any shipping charges need to be applied, they will be processed separately.
