Item Description
Bricolage is French for tinkering, and this label was developed to celebrate unique wines born of creative tinkering, whether the result of novel winemaking techniques or new assemblages. Each vintages bottling is a unique, very limited run that highlight the best of our experiments. The 2012 vintage of Bricolage was inspired by the Shiraz-Cabernet blends of Australia. We explored the possibilities of a similar pairing from our own Justi Creek Vineyards. While intrigued by the combination of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, it was the addition of our beloved Malbec that completed this blend, making it uniquely our own. (THIS WINE IS SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE)
