Enjoy one complimentary year of Plus One or Household level membership to the RISD Museum. For one year, you and a guest can experience RISD's world class exhibitions free and events at the member rate. The RISD Museum was founded on the belief that art, artists, and the institutions that support them play pivotal roles in promoting broad civic engagement and creating more open societies. About the RISD Museum: Established in 1877 as part of a vibrant creative community, the RISD Museum stewards works of art representing diverse cultures from ancient times to the present. We interpret our collection with the focus on the maker and we deeply engage with art and artists, presenting ideas and perspectives that can be inspiring and complex. We aspire to create an accessible and inclusive environment that builds meaningful relationships across all communities. Membership is for everyone. With unlimited free admission for one year, feel at home in the galleries, explore new exhibitions, or share the comprehensive collection with visiting friends and family. Rhode Island Historical Society Walking Tour & Museum Passes

Explore historic Providence on an engaging walking tour of Benefit Street with the Rhode Island Historical Society! Admission is for 4 guests for the walking tour and 4 museum passes.

From the RI Historical Society: "Visit the places where history happened through our dynamic and compelling historical walking tours. Our trained guides will lead you through the streets of history supplemented with primary documents and images. Our regular tour season runs from June through October. Most tours run for 90 minutes, and though mainly in Providence, we have been known to explore other locations throughout the state."

Then, visit the Museum of Work & Culture or the John Brown House Museum and dive into life in Providence at the turn of the century.

About the Museum of Work & Culture:

"The Museum of Work & Culture presents the compelling story of immigrants who came to find a better life in the mill towns along the Blackstone River. Visitors recreate this journey, beginning in a Quebecois farmhouse before making their way to the workday world of Woonsocket at the turn of the century. Guests explore the lives of immigrants at home, work, and school through nine immersive exhibits."

"Whose hands built the landscape we see around us? What was life like for women, children, and men of diverse stations?
